Many years ago, the Pegasus and Unicorn kingdoms lived in peace, though a strained peace. To interact with one another would be the highest treason. King Demetri of the Angelics and King Caltre of the Demonics never thought that their powerful kingdoms would be at each others throats until one day. The daughter of King Caltre and the son of King Demetri had fallen in love, the gravest of sins. The demonic king's snake of an advisor discovered their secret, and soon, the deadly king caught the young lovers together. Enraged he broke the Pegasus Prince's wings, having hauled off to the dungeon while the princess was thrown into the "Chamber of Death".
The idea of his daughter fornicating with such a creature as a Pegasus disgusted Caltre to such an extent, he chained the lovers at opposite sides of the Chamber and tortured them both to death. To keep the Unicorn bloodline pure, he sent the head of the Prince to the Pegasus King, with a threat of a worse punishment to both kingdoms. The gentle Pegasus king mourned his son for quite sometime. That pain soon turned into rage. Who was Caltre to punish his son?! He declared war on the Unicorn Kingdom.
Years later, this war is still raging on. Death tolls grow higher everyday as zealots massacre one another. The affect this has on the equine population, who live within the walls of the kingdoms is unfathomable. Legend tells of a hero that will put an end to this bloodshed. Are you that hero?
