Name of Cannon: The Pegasus Heir - Kairillion Physical Description (1 paragraph min.): Kairillion is a magnificent stallion in his own right - his SIZEHERE hands high white body is splattered with burnished golden spots, mysterious pale golden and bronze swirls illustrating he is not a regular horse. Then again, his huge, burnished golden falcon-like wings are a pretty good indicator to that point too. Both mane and tail are multi-tone, white in origin but with strands of dark and pale gold. It's hard to pinpoint his breed: some of his traits, like his stamina and golden sheen are much like that of an Akhal Theke, while his build points more to a Quarter horse - or an Appendix Quarter horse, given his thoroughbred-like speed. A true wild horse, in that matter, not a single definition fitting him. And he's strong enough to - a couple of years of landing and taking off, not to mention flying, have taught him control over his muscles - standing balanced on your rear isn't always easy, after all. Big wings mean you catch a lot of wind if you unfold them. * Personality (2 paragraph min.): Kairillion is a strong, gentle stallion. Generally happy, fairly easy-going and appearing trusting, it's easy to mistake Kai for an easy mark or some horse that might be pretty, he really doesn't amount to anything. Still waters run deep, after all, and that's certainly true for Kai.
At heart, Kai is strong in body and mind, flexible, stubborn as a mule, fond of a little fun but serious and responsible enough to limit that to when it doesn't endanger him or his herd/friends/fellow equines. He doesn't like fighting, but when he has to, he's quite proficient about it, having long since learned how to use not only his ability to fly to his advantage but also his wings themselves and his surroundings. He's quite clever from time to time, and quick-witted, bordering on sarcastic nearly all the time. Loyal to those who have proven they deserve it, respectful to his elders and trustworthy himself, Kai seems like a golden catch.
There's a darker side to him, though, a need for vengeance burning in his heart. The Demonic ones need to pay for what they did to his brother. The witness (and, at one time, victim) of torture before, Kairillion has met and endured pain of mental and physical variety, and learned to not per se steel himself against it, at least prepare himself. He doesn't like dishing it out, but if there is no other choice, he will - the hard choices are for the royals to make, he feels, and while not happily, he will make those choices if it comes to that. And with a confident demeanor, too: while he is confident most of the time, when he isn't he can put up a sufficient façade.
But to the 'public', to those not in his innermost circle, he seems like a fun-loving, almost goofy stallion who sometimes seems to forget what his purpose in life is. Even with wings and royal regalia he tries to mingle with the 'commoners', enjoy life out there. He's sassy and quirky, often ready to jump through (proverbial) hoops to make others happy - or smile, at the very least. Only when he feels comfortable and safe, though. On strange terrain, he's a lot less of an oddball. Why do you want to play a cannon?: He seems like fun. And I've always wanted to play a pegasus, a chance I haven't had very often yet. Not in English, anyway. And I've got a pretty pic coming up? Why should I choose you?: I think I can do him justice, possibly come up with a few fun plots for him to be involved in and... Well, I'm not sure why else? Other?: * Description is tentative still - working on a picture
